Free Jewellery Cleaning

Should your precious jewellery ever become heavily tarnished, please feel comfortable to return it to The Jewel Shop where we can professionally clean and polish it for you and we can advise you of the necessary information to keep it looking beautiful.

We do not charge to clean and polish returns but we do ask that you purchase the return postage fee below just to cover the expense of returning your jewellery safely to you.

We do specify that you return items for cleaning and polishing by REGISTERED POST ONLY.
We cannot be responsible if the item is not delivered to us.
We suggest you email your tracking number to us when you have posted it; then we can track the delivery for you.
