Express Delivery is free for Australian Orders over $149.00 (No free shipping for International Deliveries)

• We use Australia Post: Express eParcel Delivery for your precious jewels and gifts.

Using Australia Post eParcel:

• eParcel delivery is registered, insured, tracked and traced.

• Each consignment carries a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process.

• Customers waiting for deliveries can view their consignment details using the Australia Post eParcel Website: www.eparcel.com.au
  Please contact us for your tracking number to use this option.

• All deliveries must be signed for on delivery, unless you have selected the safe drop option at checkout.
  Please note; we highly recommend that you use this signature required on delivery option and in the event that you consider or select “Authority to leave” when confirming for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring a signature, The Jewel Shop will not replace or refund items which you do not receive for any reason.

• If there is no one available to sign for delivery the courier will leave a delivery notification card advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest local Australia Post office.

• All your Precious Jewels will come to you with an invoice, gift wrapped and posted in postage boxes for secure delivery.
  All Findings, loose Pearls and wires come in a Jewellery pouches.

• We do NOT offer local pick up.

• Item/s will be Posted to you from Geelong, Victoria by Australia Post

• Express eParcel uses the express post network and in most cases delivery is usually 1 working day however, sometimes delivery times can be between 1-3 days and up to 6 days in some rural country areas.

• Express eParcel Delivery is registered, insured and express courier delivered to your door.
