We can deliver your special gifts for you to the ones you love with free gift wrapping and with a beautiful message or gift card.

There’s something exciting about getting a parcel in the post and even more-so when it’s a surprise.
Sometimes the smallest gestures can have the BIGGEST impact on our family, friends and loved ones.

To send a parcel to someone special today you can place your order simply by filling in your correct details into the billing address and then add the lucky person’s delivery name and address into the shipping address, it’s that easy.
To avoid negative security checks from the payment gateway you MUST add the card holders name and address into the Billing Address for your order, otherwise the transaction will be marked as possible fraud and we will 

not be able to proceed with your order.
This is an important detail to remember if you are purchasing and sending your order to someone else.

Please note if you are needing to send multiple gifts to multiple people you need to create a separate order for each person.

To add a gift card or special message simply add your free gift card to your shopping cart and type in your message into the special comments of your order and we will add it to your gift card for you free of charge.

 

The festive season is nearly here and if you’re hoping to get your new jewellery from Santa this year you will need to get your orders in as soon as you can.

 

Where do items ship from?

All items are dispatched from Geelong, Australia.

 

Delivery

We dispatch our orders everyday with Express eParcel Delivery.
Some of our jewellery is made to order, custom made and personalised where manufacturing times do apply.
All sleeper earrings are inventory checked and stock is re-ordered as an item has sold out.

Our off the shelf jewellery designs are posted within 24-48 hours most of the time, this can change during peak times and when we are experiencing large volumes of orders.

Having said that if you are concerned about a particular order or item you wish to purchase and you would like a confirmation that we can provide your delivery before a specific date or special occasion please feel free to ask by providing the product code using the Contact Us

 

Please Note

If you have ordered a Custom Made or Made to Order product these are the current expected manufacturing times.

- Currently manufacturing of custom made designs and personalised jewellery is approximately 7 – 28 business days.

- Made to order designs are approximately 2 – 10 business days.

- Our Engraving Service is generally 1-2 business days.

Always check the details of your order confirmation, and Contact Us if there are any issues.

 

Choose carefully when selecting the box “Authority to Leave”.
By doing so you hereby authorise when confirming for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring a signature for the delivery that The Jewel Shop will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if delivered without a signature.

  • We will post on business week days Monday – Friday excluding all Victorian public holidays.
  • We will send all orders by Australia Post Express eParcel.EXPRESS POST ePARCEL
  • Express Post eParcel combines the benefits of Post eParcel
    – such as computerised lodgement, scanning at various points during processing and signature on delivery – with guaranteed next-business-day delivery within the Express Post network.

An almost paperless despatch process.
Transit cover is available up to $5,000 per article.

SECURITY AND RELIABILITY
Parcels are processed through Australia Post’s Express distribution network;Using Australia Post eParcel Electronic consignment using Australia Post eParcel software.
Tracking and proof of delivery are available online at www.auspost.com.au
Each consignment carries a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process.
Signature and proof of delivery is recorded on delivery
Ability to check the status of the delivery by customers both sender and receiver, via the Internet at www.auspost.com.au
Parcels are scanned and transferred to the delivery person for final delivery;
Upon delivery, a signature is obtained and the parcel scanned;If no one is at the delivery address to sign and receive the parcel, a delivery notification card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.

Ordering Personalised Jewellery

When ordering personalised jewellery it is important to note:
Currently orders are taking approximately 14-28 business days to be posted to you.
Urgent orders are available; Please feel free to use our Contact Us for an urgent order confirmation before placing your order if you are concerned about your delivery date.

 

When do I need to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery?

The sooner the better, but please refer to the advertised ship time on each product listing, and the order deadlines below:

In stock items – Order before December 18th
Personalised products – Order before December 1st. We’ll be taking, making, and sending out orders all the way through December, and if you place your order during this time you may well still receive your goodies in plenty of time for Christmas day. However, the current maximum turn-around time (prior to postage) is up to 3 weeks.
Made to order – Order before December 4th

If I order after these dates, is it possible that i might I still get my order before Christmas?

Of course! Even if you place an order on or after December 18th, it is still quite possible that your order will be delivered before Christmas, we just can’t guarantee it.

The Christmas Delivery Guarantee does NOT apply to:
Personalised products
Items made to order
Engraved items
Products that are currently out of stock

Keeping you informed

We try to keep stock of all our lovely designs for immediate dispatch.
Due to the popularity of our products there are times when we need to have items restocked or manufactured to order; we buy directly from the manufacturing company to offer our customers the best prices.
In the event we need to have designs made to order manufacturing can take 3-14 days.
If you are concerned or require an order urgently please check first for a delivery status before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

We will keep each customer informed with updated progress reports concerning all details regarding all orders, processing and shipping.
On completion of your order and payment confirmation by us your purchase/s will be posted to you within 2 working days.
For special orders, made to order, engraved and personalised jewellery and items that will be manufactured we will send an order status updated with an expected delivery to the email address on your order.
For urgent orders Please CONTACT US for delivery updates.
If goods ordered are temporarily unavailable our friendly staff will telephone or email you.
Our sales representative will offer to either:
1. Supply of similar alternative goods for immediate dispatch
2. Place unavailable goods on “Back Order” with an approximate date for dispatch given to you
3. Cancel your order and fully refund all monies paid.

Please Note: we do not deliver musical jewellery boxes, money boxes or womens jewellery boxes outside of Australia.

Customs taxes and import duty
Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country.
This is something that we cannot change or take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges.
We do not collect or handle any tax charges or fees.
If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

Your order and your happiness is very important to us and we are currently working very hard to meet the unprecedented amount of orders we are receiving, which of course, we are very grateful for.
