HOW TO USE A JEWEL SHOP GIFT CARD VOUCHER
When making a purchase from The Jewel Shop, customers can redeem the value of a Gift Card by entering its unique code at checkout.
Your Gift Card code has built-in safety features to prevent errors in transcribing the code. The code itself is not case sensitive.
A Gift Card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
You can view and manage the balance of your gift card by visiting your original gift card link which will display your current balance.
During checkout, you can enter the Gift Card code in the same field that is used to enter Coupon and Discount codes.
Once a valid Gift Card code has been entered, an icon appears showing the value being used for the purchase.
If only part of the Gift Card balance is used, the remaining amount is also shown.
Multiple Gift Cards can be used to pay for a single purchase.
If there is an outstanding balance that needs to be paid after the Gift Cards have been applied, then the checkout can be completed by proceeding with one of the standard payment options that are available in The Jewel Shop checkout. If the Gift Cards fully cover the balance of the order, then no further payment is required.
Note: When buying an eGift Card for someone else, you will need to forward the Gift Card email to the recipient.

If you are after a Physical Gift Voucher sent in by post, gift wrapped and with a lovely greeting card, The Jewel Shop can send it either to you, or your recipient by adding their details and address into the Shipping of your order at checkout.
Physical Gift cards are delivered by Australia Express Post and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our gift cards have an expiry of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Gift cards can be used at any time within the valid time frame, including sales and promotional periods.
Gift cards are treated as cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen, they are non-refundable.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and cash will not be given for any unused balance nor any remaining balance at expiry.
Our Gift cards can be used immediately after receiving your code, it may be redeemed for products and services only.
Your Gift Card may be used to make purchases up to the available amount to spend and any unused amount will remain as a credit balance on the Card.
Keep your original email or write down your gift card voucher code and keep it in a safe place.
You can combine a Gift Card with other forms of payment.
You will not receive statements relating to the Card.
