Returns and Replacements
To return products to The Jewel Shop, please use Registered Post for your package and mail to the address shown on your invoice.
Please return in the original box and packaging if possible, alternatively please use protective packaging to avoid postal damage by EXPRESS POST or REGISTERED POST ONLY.
Items that have not been safely packed to avoid postal damage cannot be replaced or refunded.
- If you are returning a faulty product will refund the postage cost to return your item and we will send your new item free of charge.
- Unfortunately, the postage charges on returns for change of mind and the purchasing of a wrong size are not refundable.
- You are not required to pay for the registered post return delivery on the outgoing parcel if we have made an error resulting in a new order to be sent to you.
However, if you are returning an item for exchange or replacement, the postage costs will be added to your shopping cart.
All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.
- Returns must be in original packaging and condition (original condition constitutes Not Worn, no scratches, no wear and tear and no damage.)
- Earrings can ONLY be returned if the earrings are still in the original packaging and unworn (this specification is a health regulation with all earrings).
Please add any special requests for your exchange.

To send a parcel to someone special today you can place your order simply by filling in your correct details into the billing address and then add the lucky person’s delivery name and address into the shipping address, it’s that easy.
To avoid negative security checks from the payment gateway you MUST add the card holders name and address into the Billing Address for your order, otherwise the transaction will be marked as possible fraud and we will not be able to proceed with your order.
This is an important detail to remember if you are purchasing and sending your order to someone else.
Please note if you are needing to send multiple gifts to multiple people you need to create a separate order for each person.
To add a gift card or special message simply add your free gift card to your shopping cart and type in your message into the special comments of your order and we will add it to your gift card for you free of charge.
SHIPPING and DELIVERY
We dispatch our orders everyday with Express eParcel Delivery.
Some of our jewellery is made to order, custom made and personalised where manufacturing times do apply.
All sleeper earrings are inventory checked and stock is re-ordered as an item has sold out.
Our off the shelf jewellery designs are posted within 24-48 hours most of the time, this can change during peak times and when we are experiencing large volumes of orders.
Choose carefully when selecting the box “Authority to Leave”.
By doing so you hereby authorise when confirming for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring a signature for the delivery that The Jewel Shop will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if delivered without a signature.
We will post on business week days Monday – Friday excluding all Victorian public holidays.
