We can deliver your special gifts for you to the ones you love with free gift wrapping and with a beautiful message or gift card.

There’s something exciting about getting a parcel in the post and even more-so when it’s a surprise.
Sometimes the smallest gestures can have the BIGGEST impact on our family, friends and loved ones.

To send a parcel to someone special today you can place your order simply by filling in your correct details into the billing address and then add the lucky person’s delivery name and address into the shipping address, it’s that easy.
To avoid negative security checks from the payment gateway you MUST add the card holders name and address into the Billing Address for your order, otherwise the transaction will be marked as possible fraud and we will not be able to proceed with your order.
This is an important detail to remember if you are purchasing and sending your order to someone else.

Please note if you are needing to send multiple gifts to multiple people you need to create a separate order for each person.

To add a gift card or special message simply add your free gift card to your shopping cart and type in your message into the special comments of your order and we will add it to your gift card for you free of charge.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY

We dispatch our orders everyday with Express eParcel Delivery.
Some of our jewellery is made to order, custom made and personalised where manufacturing times do apply.
All sleeper earrings are inventory checked and stock is re-ordered as an item has sold out.

Our off the shelf jewellery designs are posted within 24-48 hours most of the time, this can change during peak times and when we are experiencing large volumes of orders.

Choose carefully when selecting the box “Authority to Leave”.
By doing so you hereby authorise when confirming for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring a signature for the delivery that The Jewel Shop will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if delivered without a signature.

We will post on business week days Monday – Friday excluding all Victorian public holidays.
We will send all orders by Australia Post Express eParcel.EXPRESS POST ePARCEL
Express Post eParcel combines the benefits of Post eParcel
– such as computerised lodgement, scanning at various points during processing and signature on delivery – with guaranteed next-business-day delivery within the Express Post network.
