Customers waiting for deliveries can view their consignment details using the Australia Post eParcel website: www.eparcel.com.au Please contact us for your tracking number to use this option. All deliveries must be signed for on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for delivery the courier will leave a delivery notification card advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest local Australia Post office. All your Precious Jewels will come to you with an invoice, gift wrapped and posted in bubble wrap and padded bag. All Findings, loose Pearls and wires come in a Plastic Bags. We are NOT able to offer local pick up.
